-good location , near the train station. -not far from restaurants and shops. -nice welcoming and helpful staff.

-no variety at the breakfast. -rooms quite old, but still acceptable. -the rooms fees are high , and so the breakfast and laundry service.

Good value for money and well located.

It was clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Parking lots are big enough and close to the elevator to hotel. Parking entrance is quite narrow, can be difficult to enter for bigger cars.

Good location ,room needs upgrade !

The hotel in good location for all transport and other locations. The hotel ok but the room could do with an upgrade IE; paintwork needs redecorating and the cleaning needs to be better , no milk or tea bags in room no mini bar only water and I only had 1 bottle . Needs a some attention for the price paid I would give 3 star rating not a 4 star .

Friendly staff on arrival - we had a slightly later than usual check-in. Room perfectly adequate for a 1-night stop over - double bed with sofa bed for the kids. Sofa bed already pulled out and made up ready. Would have been a bit too cosy for more than a couple of nights, though.

Overall, a good place for one noght

Room was well equiped, enough for 4 people. Very clean, modern.

For breakfast, i missed vegetables. First time i have breakfast and did not find any vegetables.

Comfortable and easy walk to town

The hotel is within reasonably close walking distance from town and the rooms were comfortable. The parking was secure and covered and the breakfast was good.

It was a nightmare both getting in and out of the parking. The gates didn't work properly and we got very sketchy assistance from on high

The executive room is larger than average and it’s good, it’s not very well cleaned, there is air conditioning, but we turned it off because it was poorly cleaned and there was a strong smell of cigarettes, although the entire floor and rooms are non-smoking, there is a separate toilet room and a separate shower room with a washbasin, beautiful view from the window to the mountains and houses, not far from the station, but you can’t hear the train, especially with the windows closed, in the executive room there is a very large plasma TV and it’s super, you didn’t hear your neighbors, the sound insulation is normal, there was a free bar with water, sparkling sweet water, tea , coffee, bed and bed of normal size - for our height of 1.87 meters , there were slippers, the hairdryer also blows and dries normally, the large work desk conveniently turns towards the window. We ordered dinner in the room at 21:30, it was delivered very quickly and everything was delicious. We stayed one day and since everything else was busy in Grenoble, this option was normal. In general, the choice is small for hotels in this town, as well as for apartments.

Nice hotel at a good price but the sofa bed in 703 had a strange smell

We stayed for two separate overnights on the way to and from Alpe d'Huez. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and convenient for the station, although it was not obvious where the entrance to the hotel is (the entrance is the same as for the exhibition centre in the same building). The staff we met were all pleasant and helpful.

On our first stay, the sofabed in room 703 was not unfolded and we didn't know how to unfold it. Arriving at 11.30 at night, we really didn't want to have to get someone to do this for us. It should have been ready as we notified them we needed separate beds. Also the sofa bed in this room had a strange smell which was like urine, although to be fair the mattress appeared to be clean, but I couldn't sleep because of the pong. I told them about it next morning, and emailed prior to our stay the following week to say we wanted the sofa bed unfolded and made up, and NOT in room 703. All was well on the return trip, room nice a clean and no smell from the sofa bed.
